The Corporation conducts its Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting annually/bi-annually. The agenda papers and minutes are circulated to the Board Members and it is not available to public.

- The Corporation is a self-sustaining Corporation which generates its own revenue through the various loan scheme it offers.
An yearly budget is drafted by the Corporation and approved by the Board in its Board Meeting.
